Meet the staff at ODU

Kristen Wilkinson
​Campus Staff Minister

Kristen Wilkinson grew up in Norfolk then attended CofC where she helped plant an InterVarsity chapter as a student leader. After an intern year training at ODU, she led the chapter until 2013 when her family moved to Nashville and added to its numbers. Now back in Norfolk with 4 kids, Kristen loves being back at ODU with students and volunteers planting ministry in new corners of campus. 

RaVonn McDowell
Campus Staff Minister

RaVonn McDowell serves as the Campus Staff Minister for Old Dominion University (ODU) and Tidewater Community College (TCC), seeking to replant chapters of witnessing communities of students. RaVonn is a Tidewater Community College and Norfolk State University alumnus. He credits his formative time as a student in the TCC InterVarsity chapter for his passion for campus ministry.
