​RaVonn McDowell serves as the Campus Staff Minister for Old Dominion University (ODU) and Tidewater Community College (TCC), seeking to replant chapters of witnessing communities of students. RaVonn is a Tidewater Community College and Norfolk State University alumnus. He credits his formative time as a student in the TCC InterVarsity chapter for his passion for campus ministry.
